As Safeguard celebrates its 20th anniversary this month, we want to thank you for the confidence you have placed in us.
Our 20-year milestone seemed a perfect time to formalize the leadership transition that we announced to you earlier this month. While our titles have changed, in reality it is business as usual.
In transitioning to Chairman of the Board, I will continue my industry involvement and lead strategic initiatives at Safeguard. Alan’s appointment as CEO acknowledges the leadership he has demonstrated for some time.
We are especially grateful to you for the spirit of partnership you have shared with us. The dialogue and open communications have allowed us not only to improve our services to you but to share best practices to raise the quality of services across the industry.
We are proud that you have entrusted us to protect your assets, and thus protect neighborhoods and communities across the country.
Because of you, we have grown from serving one client to hundreds today, from one state to the entire country, and from two employees to 800.
And despite all that has changed, you have our promise that one thing will remain the same: our simple commitment to deliver the highest quality customer service.
Customer service = resolution is more than a motto. It is our promise, as it was 20 years ago, and as it will be always.
