Supervise the National Tele-Mortgage originations center and the Eastern U.S. outside sales prime originations team for Key Bank Mortgage in Cleveland.  Average 200 units funded and over 22 million/month in volume.  Responsible for the recruiting, hiring, training, and leadership of over 20 direct reports.

 

FIDELITY MORTGAGE INC. / DELTA FUNDING

Regional Vice President / Retail Sales

Supervised the Cleveland and Cincinnati mortgage originations centers.

Increased mortgage volume from 3 million monthly in 12/02 to 14 million monthly in 12/04. 

Each location consisted of 2 Sales Managers and 22 employees

including Loan Officers and Loan Processors.
