Benjamin D. Carnahan is a partner at the law firm of Dinn, Hochman & Potter, LLC. Ben is an experienced business, commercial and real estate attorney focused on serving the financial services industry. Throughout his career, Ben has represented companies big and small, from the nation’s largest banks, lenders and loan servicers to regional banks, small businesses and closely held corporations. Ben specializes in resolution of complex business disputes, commercial/residential real estate matters, and debt collection/creditor’s rights litigation, with a particular emphasis on defense of federal and state consumer statutes, including claims under FDCPA, TILA, RESPA, TCPA, FCRA and the US Bankruptcy code. Jason A. Whitacre is an attorney at the law firm of Dinn, Hochman & Potter, LLC. Jason is an experienced commercial and real estate trial attorney. He has successfully represented the nation’s largest banks and mortgage servicers, as well as many small businesses. Jason’s practice concentrates on litigation involving business and consumer relationships, with additional focus on real estate matters and creditor’s rights issues. Jason has significant experience defending clients in cases involving both state claims and federal claims, such as the FDCPA, RESPA, TILA, and the FCRA. Jason has extensive experience in bankruptcy court, including adversary matter defense.
