Please be advised that due to circumstances beyond our control we are cancelling the scheduled training event in Cleveland, Ohio on December 3, 2008 AND the event in Cincinnati on December 11, 2008.  All Cleveland and Cincinnati registrants are welocme to attend the event in Columbus on Tuesday, December 9. Anyone requesting a full refund should contact OMBA at omba@ohiomba.org to request a full refund. 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and would like to offer anyone registered for the Cleveland or Cincinnati class a $50 discount on registration at the 2009 OMBA Annual Convention scheduled for May 2009.

Substitutions
Substitutions from within the same company are permitted at no additional charge. All requests must be received in writing with a completed registration form.

Cancellations and Refunds
Send requests in writing to OMBA. See below for the refund schedule.

* Received 7 or more days before seminar date: Full refund
* Received 2-7 days before semnar date: Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee
* Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the event: No refunds. Forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings.

Program Cancellation
In the unlikely event of program cancellation, OMBA will refund 100 percent of registration fees paid. OMBA assumes no liability for any penalty fees on airline tickets, deposits for hotel accommodations, or any other fees, charges, penalties or other incidental costs that a registrant might incur as a consequence of a program cancellation.
